There is nothing more earth shattering than having to break up with your lover. The events leading to a break up may be different but the experience is all the same.
Most of us has gone through the pain of a break up so I guess it is needless for me to keep harping on about it.
However, what remains the perpetual issue immediately after a break up is what to do. It’s always like that. You’re broken up, now what? For women, it may include stuffing one’s face with all the ice cream.
For some, there’s booze. For women, there’s ice cream. But really, the only thing that could actually make us feel better is getting our ex back.
Fine, you are resolved to get your girl back But even if you do, you will be filled with perplexing emotions that you would not be in the capacity to address. The pain and the hurt will be too much for you to bear and you can’t possibly think rationally through all that.
So before you go to her and beg her to come back, it is highly advisable that you make a plan first. You need to find a strategy that will effectively get your ex back into your arms.
You must be able to know the answers to the practical questions needed for you to get back with your ex. These questions may include what to say to her, how to get her to meet up with you, etc.
