Corporate gifts as rewards

Promotional products above all other forms of advertising offer longevity. This has been proven time and time again. You do not need a massive budget to start and the results will keep showing for many months to come; this by far out-stretches instant advertising such as television or radio. But how can you make the promotional products you choose to have the most “bang for the buck”?

Customizing your classifieds & keeping it as subjective to match the target audience on a macro level plays an important role. So trying to sell a cooler to an Eskimo isn’t the best business idea!! Everybody wants a slice of cake and if it’s going to be you offering a piece no one would refuse as long as it feels to them like it’s their lucky day and they want to keep coming back for more!

An ideal organization must plan the entire process well in advance. Just as you must plan the targets that each of your team members has to achieve, you must also plan how you plan to award the winners. Careful consideration has to go into selection of the gift so that it conveys the correct message. A gift must be able to fulfill someone’s expectations.

As an example the beauty industry is a very competitive industry with so many options for the consumer from skin, hair and body products to beauty salons and spa services. Offering to understand your consumer by way of promoting a beauty gift hamper for every successful registration & asking them a few questions about their skin, hair and body care needs, you are actually giving the consumer what they want right at their door step or at the click of a button.

From the above example a lot many of them may already be using some of those beauty products so it would help to combine a few items, may be add a silk scarf or discount coupons on those products or service.

Don’t forget small gifts can look great with great packaging and a hand written label and message always goes that extra mile. Showing your clients you care enough to write them a personal message; will solidify the bond between you for years to come.

So, remember to plan our gifts in advance so that they are relevant and prudent. Rewards and recognition must be awarded to those who deserve it truly. This will encourage the corporate work force and make the organization more successful. It also created unity and harmony for everyone at work knowing that hard work will not go unnoticed and unrewarded.
